PRIVACY
Privacy policy
How we handle the information you share with us.
Who we are
Grid & Guild, Coolsingel 104, 3011 AG Rotterdam, the Netherlands, is responsible for processing personal data through this website. Questions about privacy can be sent to patrick@gridandguild.nl.
What data we process
When you fill in the contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide yourself: name, organisation, email address, phone number, how you would like to meet and your message.
What we use it for
Only to get in touch with you and answer your question. The legal basis is your request for contact and our legitimate interest in responding to it. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your question. If the contact leads to a collaboration, we keep the data for the duration of that collaboration and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not place tracking or advertising cookies. To see how many people visit the site and which pages they view, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It works without cookies and does not store IP addresses or other data that can identify you as a person; we only see totals, such as visits per page, country and device type. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Your rights
You can ask us which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email patrick@gridandguild.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
